Just months ago Rihab(4), Hammadi(1) and Safaa(2) were living in their home in the southern countryside of Aleppo, Syria. On the 10th of November, the Syrian Army reportedly hit their home with barrel bombs. Fortunately the children and their mother Najwa (23) were not at home during the incident. Unfortunately their father was at home and was killed. The family immediately fled to Lebanon.
Now in the Bekaa Valley of Lebanon in a refugee camp, Najwa says she is indebted $100 to a sergeant who moved them safely from Syria, and listed diesel oil, food, baby milk and clothes as her imminent needs.
